Help lead the Food & Beverage team at Enchanted Parks! As a Managerial Supervisor, you'll guide the daily operations of several food locations, support your team, keep things running smoothly, and help make sure every guest has a magical park experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create a friendly, positive environment for guests and team members
• Help train food stand team members on food safety, quality, and customer service
• Make sure each location completes daily paperwork
• Approve product orders and keep stands stocked
• Give leadership team members coaching and feedback
• Monitor product usage to reduce waste and control costs
• Promote safety and report any hazards
• Help with Loss Prevention procedures when needed
• Oversee team member breaks and ensure minor labor laws are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all locations
• Organize cleaning tasks and work‑crew responsibilities
• Enforce park policies and administer corrective actions when necessary
• Keep communication strong with team members and park leadership
• Ensure all stands follow Health Department and sanitation guidelines
• Check email daily and maintain confidentiality
• Motivate the team and celebrate great performance
• Assist guests with questions or concerns respectfully and professionally
• Support other Food & Beverage operations when needed
• Help train team members who want to grow into leadership roles

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16
• Management experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable talking to guests and working with a diverse team
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be or become certified in ServSafe Food Manager & Alcohol (we provide training)
• Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of food safety, equipment, and procedures (training provided!)
• Must stay positive, professional, and self‑motivated

Other Duties

Management may assign additional tasks as needed to support park operations.
