You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Missouri EMT‑P license to apply.

Your Responsibilities (Your Life‑Saving Superpowers)

• Provide safe, professional, compassionate care following SSM medical protocols and Enchanted Parks safety standards.
• Document all patient care through accurate, thorough patient care reports.
• Inspect, inventory, and maintain all medical equipment and First Aid Stations to ensure readiness.
• Respond swiftly and confidently to park emergencies whenever needed.
• Safely operate park vehicles while supporting medical and safety operations.
• Conduct safety inspections throughout the park when requested.
• Complete additional duties assigned by Public Safety Leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum age: 18
• Valid driver's license
• Current Missouri Paramedic License
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS or ITLS
• Ability to pass a written exam with a score of 75% or higher
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule-able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work in all weather conditions, at heights, and in confined spaces
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
• Professional, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and great at multitasking
• Strong teamwork skills-you collaborate well and communicate clearly
