As a Food & Beverage Lead at Enchanted Parks, you'll take charge of a food stand or restaurant, help guide your team, and make sure guests have a great experience. What You'll Do

• Create a friendly, positive, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Lead daily operations of a food stand or restaurant
• Train and support team members on food safety, quality, and park policies
• Complete daily and weekly paperwork
• Manage break schedules while following minor labor laws
• Ensure the location is clean, stocked, and ready for guests
• Promote safety awareness and address issues quickly
• Keep operations running smoothly during busy periods
• Motivate the team and recognize strong performance
• Assist with stand setup, restocking, cleaning, and nightly close‑down
• Communicate clearly with Food & Beverage leadership
• Train team members interested in future leadership opportunities
• Handle guest questions and concerns with a professional, positive attitude
• Maintain Enchanted Parks' Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe service standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 16
• Some leadership or management experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have or be able to obtain a Hepatitis A vaccination
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (provided by the company)
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification required for ages 21+ (company provided)
• Willingness to learn, multitask, and help wherever needed

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
