What You'll Do

• Greet guests and help answer questions about the park
• Sell tickets, season passes, and other admissions products
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Listen to guest concerns or feedback and help find solutions
• Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area
• Rent strollers and wheelchairs when needed
• Use multiple computer systems to assist guests
• Manage Lost and Found items and inventory
• Help create a positive guest experience every day
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 16
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with guests face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt quickly and problem‑solve
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather
• For Lost & Found/Rentals: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong teamwork skills and professional behavior

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
