As a Seasonal Recruiter at Enchanted Parks, you'll help bring our summer team to life by supporting hiring events, interviews, and recruiting efforts across the community. This role is ideal for young adults interested in human resources, communications, event planning, or leadership experience.

What You'll Do

• Help organize and attend local recruiting events and job fairs
• Support applicants through the hiring process, including I‑9 paperwork
• Conduct interviews for select seasonal positions
• Assist with planning and executing recruiting programs for summer team members
• Attend hiring events at high schools, colleges, and community locations
• Help organize and run seasonal job fairs and community outreach events
• Track and review employment data to support recruitment efforts
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to meet seasonal staffing goals
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for job applicants

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 18
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people and working at events
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Attention to detail and follow‑through
• Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekends and shifts between 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• Valid driver's license is a plus

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the Human Resources team and overall park operations.
