What You'll Do

• Help coordinate housing assignments and move‑ins for international participants
• Keep accurate records of arrivals, departures, and required documents
• Answer participant questions in person, by email, and over the phone
• Work with different departments to ensure proper job placements and training
• Review and process participant paperwork
• Track worked hours to meet compliance standards
• Calculate and record housing deposits and deductions
• Conduct occasional housing inspections
• Help plan fun cultural experiences each month
• Assist with coordinating transportation for participants

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 18
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for shifts between 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM, including weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support HR operations and overall park needs.
