Finance Manager

We're looking for a motivated, detail-loving Finance Coordinator to help support the financial engine of our amusement and water parks.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn the ropes of accounting and financial analysis while working side-by-side with on-site park leadership and corporate finance. If you're eager to grow, enjoy variety, and want a career where spreadsheets meet splash zones-you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
Finance HQ Support
- Help prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards that tell the story behind park performance
- Assist with month-end close activities in partnership with corporate finance
- Track budgets, forecasts, and expenses-spotting trends and flagging surprises
- Maintain accurate financial reports and schedules (details matter!)
- Communicate regularly with corporate finance to keep reporting on track
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Adventures
- Process purchase orders
- Support customer billing and reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and help follow up on outstanding balances
- Keep organized records that support audits and internal controls
Operations & Analytics Support
- Help track labor costs, operating expenses, and revenue performance
- Assist with basic analysis tied to attendance, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain financial models and data files used for park decision-making
- Jump in on ad hoc projects and day-to-day finance support as needed
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs
- Investigate discrepancies and chargebacks
What You Bring to the Park
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently working toward one)
- 0–2 years of internship or entry-level experience in finance or accounting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
